Client and public strategy development survey

We want to hear your views on our draft strategy for 2021-2024.

Over the past few weeks, we have been running client and public engagement sessions on Zoom to get people’s feedback on our draft strategy. We had also hoped to run face-to-face sessions, yet due to the national lockdown, we have unfortunately had to cancel these.

Since the lockdown announcement we have been looking for other ways to get your feedback. We have put together a short survey and want to encourage as many people as possible to complete it.

The survey consists of various mission statements and values we think are important for our future work, from our strategy consultation so far. We would love to hear your thoughts on them.

Your view is really important to us and will enable us to improve our support.

To complete the survey, please click here. The closing date is Friday 22 January.

Any clients or members of the public who are unable to fill out the online survey are welcome to share their thoughts by calling us on 01274 730815. Our staff will be encouraging clients without internet access to give feedback over the phone.
