We regret to announce that Mind in Bradford must temporarily close our waiting lists for support from the Know Your Mind and Know Your Mind Plus services. This means we cannot accept new referrals for those services for now.
Join our community wellbeing workers to explore mental health and wellbeing, take part in some fun activities and meet other young people who share similar experiences.
We will look at different mental health difficulties, learn how to develop coping strategies and help you to build a support system to keep you well in the future.
To join Mind Zone you must live, go to school in, or attend a GP surgery in postcodes starting BD1 to BD9 excluding BD4 and BD6.
