You can now read the latest edition of our client-led newsletter Write Mind which marks today’s Blue Monday.
Blue Monday is the name given to the third Monday in January each year, said by a travel company to be the most depressing day of the year – due to a combination of weather, debt, time since Christmas and new year’s resolutions.
In this edition we think about the financial and mental health struggles many of us experience at this time of year, and focus on coping tips and how to get support if you need it.
Other features include a news story on how we are tackling inequality for people with a severe mental illness, an update on our Winter Appeal and a look back at the 300 hampers we gave to our clients before Christmas.
