Here is the timetable:

4pm – 5.30pm: Peer Support Group

Wednesday

4pm – 5.30pm: Unwind Your Mind

4pm – 5.30pm: Arts & Crafts

Thursday

2pm – 3.30pm: Mind Your Mind

4pm – 6pm: Independent Life Skills

Friday

12pm – 1.30pm: Hearing Voices Group

2.30pm – 4pm: Social Zone

Clients should already have been made aware of this new timetable and how to join the groups on Zoom, but if need reminding of the log-in details or have any questions, please contact our admin team on 01274 730815 or email [email protected]. Our Wellbeing Practitioners have been ringing clients for welfare checks and will now be offering a weekly group over Zoom.
