New mindfulness group to start next week
We are adding a new Mindfulness and Meditation group to our well-being timetable.
The group will be held face-to-face every Monday, 5:15pm to 6:15pm, at Kenburgh House. The group will start on Monday 19 April.
The Mindfulness and Meditation group will be a space where you can focus on what you’re sensing and feel in the moment without interpretation or judgement. You will use breathing methods and other practices to relax the body and mind and help reduce stress.
