Online wellbeing groups

We are now offering online peer support as part of our wellbeing programme.

Clients have been invited to join Zoom sessions next Monday between 4pm and 6pm. The groups will be led by two members of our staff and will include a virtual ‘break-out’ area for anyone who needs to have time-out.

Zoom is a video-conferencing service which you can use to meet others by video or audio. The technology was successfully tested at a session of our hearing voices group last week.

Anyone who would like to register for our wellbeing service can call 01274 730815 and ask to join our waiting list. We hope to be able to offer virtual welcome groups where you can learn more about our programme of activities in the near future.
