Share your thoughts on recent months

Due to the coronavirus outbreak, the last 5 months have been very different for us all. Our service users are now encouraged to complete a survey which brings the opportunity to reflect and feedback your thoughts and feelings as to what you think has worked well and what hasn’t gone so well during this time.

The survey is anonymous and answers will help build a picture of how we’re doing as a local mental health and wellbeing system and to start planning the move forward in the best way.

Your voice is important, please get involved.

There are 3 surveys for people of different ages:

Adults: https://bit.ly/2ZV3j1Q

Young People: https://bit.ly/2Bp9xgX

Children under 13: https://bit.ly/2WLHOi0

The survey is due to close on 5th August 2020 so please share your thoughts via the survey as soon as possible. Thank you.
