Survey on mental health services during Covid-19

We want to hear your views on mental health services during the coronavirus outbreak.

We’re asking clients and carers to complete a district-wide survey on how service changes have affected them over the past months and how it made them feel. The closing date is Wednesday, August 5.

There are surveys for three age groups. To complete them, please click on the following links:

Adults

Young people aged 13+

Children under 13

The survey takes 10 minutes to complete and is anonymous. Practitioners are being asked to complete a separate survey. The answers will be used to help all providers shape future mental health support across the district.

Thank you.
