Thank you for your interest in the Mind in Bradford Business Appeal.
We currently face our biggest challenge yet and are in need of your help. We are asking local businesses and leaders to pledge your support by donating towards our shortfall in fundraising income, which we have seen as a result of the pandemic.
In supporting us, we can support you and others during this time. Click here for what we can offer our corporate partners and how you can help.
Why we need your support
Due to government guidelines and social distancing measures, all our fundraising events have been cancelled. This has resulted in a 50% drop in fundraising income, while demand for our support has doubled since the start of the coronavirus outbreak.
Our crucial mental health services are needed more than ever as people across Bradford are affected by the impact of COVID-19. For both children and adults, worries and anxieties have been exacerbated throughout the pandemic – ranging from concerns about their future and finances, to feeling lonely, to family frustrations. This will have a lasting impact on the emotional wellbeing and resilience of people in our community.
By continuing to provide crisis support and wellbeing interventions, and ensuring we can answer the phone to support anyone in our community when they need it most, Mind in Bradford is working on the front line: especially during the winter months that lie ahead. By pledging your support you will join other local businesses in contributing towards running costs so that Mind in Bradford can be there now and in the future for the individuals, families and workplaces that rely on our vital services.
You can read more about the businesses who have already pledged their support on our Business Appeal Hall of Fame.
