Blog for Mind in Bradford

Would you like to blog for Mind in Bradford?

We have launched a new blog so people can write about how they’re feeling and how they manage their emotional and mental health. Blogging can be a great way of sharing experiences and coping strategies, challenging stigma and helping to change attitudes towards mental health. It can also boost your wellbeing, giving you a creative outlet to make your voice heard.

If you are interested in writing a one-off or series of blogs for publication on our website, we would love to hear from you. Guidelines are available by e-mailing [email protected] or give us a call on 01274 730815. You can also attend our News & Views group on the first Tuesday of each month to find out more and get some writing tips.

Our first blog is by one of our newest peer support workers, Ryan Anderton.
