You can now read the latest edition of our client-led newsletter Write Mind which marks the beginning of Mental Health Awareness Week.
Mental Health Awareness Week is an annual event which provides an opportunity for us all to focus on achieving good mental health. This year the week runs 10-16 May.
Nature is the Mental Health Foundation’s theme for the week. During the long months of lockdown, millions of us have turned to nature to feel its benefits.
In this edition we celebrate nature. Features include an interview with wellbeing practitioner Emma and client accounts of how nature benefits mental health, as well as a summary of our Mental Health Awareness Week campaign.
