You can now read the latest edition of our client-led newsletter Write Mind which marks this week’s Mental Health Awareness Week.
Mental Health Awareness Week is an annual event which provides an opportunity for us all to focus on achieving good mental health. This year the week runs 9-15 May.
Loneliness is the Mental Health Foundation’s theme for the week. In this edition we spotlight how our services help people struggling with loneliness and the power of having someone to talk to.
Other features include a news story on our new Tea ‘n’ Talk groups, a collaborative piece by our Creative Writing group, client poetry and a look at our current fundraising challenge Carry The Burden.
